Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated warehouse return address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the corrugated materials in their original flat-packed state to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outer label.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable restocking fees within 5-7 business days.
